Architecture & tourism: the story of Peduase and The Royal Senchi

How two KEY hospitality projects turned landscape — the Volta at Akosombo, the Aburi hills — into destinations.

Resort architecture is choreography: arrival, the reveal of the view, the route to the water or the ridge. The Royal Senchi works the Volta riverfront at Akosombo; Peduase Valley Resort works the Aburi hills.

Both show how hospitality design can make a place into a reason to travel.
