This notice explains what personal data KEY Architectural Group collects through this website, why we collect it, and your rights. It is a template, to be reviewed and finalised by KEY before launch.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide, plus the project context (such as a project page you came from) and your chosen language. We do not collect special-category data.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
This site aims to run with minimal cookies. Any analytics or embedded media (for example a project film you choose to play) are loaded only on request. Specifics will be confirmed before launch.
Data retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project relationship, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have shared with us. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
